In short

Everything travels over HTTPS and is encrypted at rest. Each business sees only its own data, enforced in the database itself and again in our server code. Staff have personal logins with roles.

Customers

A customer can read only their own order, through a long random link that is stored only as a hash. An order number alone gives no access. Customers can never change an order's status.

Secrets

Keys and passwords are kept in protected settings, never in the app you download or in logs.

Accountability

Administrator and staff actions are written to an audit log. We check our software dependencies for known problems.
