Business Subscription Terms

The service
We provide order tracking for your customers: QR codes, a customer tracking page, alerts and a staff dashboard, as described on your plan.
Who can use it
Only the business named on the account and only for the branches included in its branch allowance. Sharing a login with another business or using it for an unregistered location is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
Fees and billing
You pay the setup fee and the subscription for each period, plus sales tax, as shown on your invoice. Invoices are paid by CliQ, bank transfer, cheque or cash and must carry the invoice number as the payment reference. Service starts when we confirm your first payment.
Renewal and reminders
We issue the renewal invoice before your period ends and send reminders. If an invoice is not paid by the due date there is a grace period, then service may be paused. Your data is kept, and paying switches service back on.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at the end of a period. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it or we agree in writing. We can issue a credit note to correct an invoice.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no sending of customer alerts that are not about an order.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Your data
You own the data you put in. We process it for you under the data processing agreement. You can export your data at any time, and we offer an export when an account closes.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend or end the service for non-payment, misuse or breach of these terms. Either side can end it with notice.
Governing law
The laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan apply, unless mandatory law where you are says otherwise.
